Our Story
NC ONEcare, LLC is the premier clinically integrated network in North Carolina for patients suffering from primary and secondary behavioral health conditions. NC ONEcare, LLC has assembled a broad, multi-specialty Integrated System of Care (ISC) inclusive of behavioral health providers, hospitals, primary care, long-term care, juvenile courts, and social care organizations connected through the Care Optimization System™ for care coordination, navigation, and alerts.
