Our Story
Children First of North Carolina, LLC (CFNC) is a Clinically Integrated Network of certified Advanced Medical Home Tier 3 pediatric providers. CFNC is a provider-owned and led Network that has developed a practice-located and embedded care management model centrally focused on providing whole-person care to the children and families they serve.
