Our Story
Covering the metropolitan areas of central Arizona, including Phoenix, Affiliated Network Providers (ANP) provides a full continuum of behavioral health, primary care, and crisis services designed to provide a safety net for our most vulnerable citizens. ANP is focused on providing quality behavioral and primary healthcare as well as ensuring that all patients receive ongoing preventative screening to reduce critical health events.

- Patients impacted by severe mental illness
- Patients with instances of traumatic brain injury or intellectual developmental disability
- Patients impacted by substance use disorders
- Patients impacted by polychronic medical and behavioral health conditions
