Our Story
Covering the metropolitan areas of central AZ and Phoenix, Affiliated Network Providers (ANP) provides a full continuum of behavioral health, primary care, and crisis services designed to provide a safety net for our most vulnerable citizens. ANP is focused on providing quality behavioral and primary healthcare as well as ensuring that all patients receive ongoing preventative screening to reduce critical health events.

- Patients suffering from severe mental illness
- Instances of traumatic brain injury or intellectual developmental disability
- Patients suffering from substance use disorders
- Patients suffering from polychronic medical and behavioral health conditions
